The Ones You Love
The other day i was having one of my downward spiral moments that seem to last forever. So many things were going wrong and i was totally giving in and it was making it worse! its so true, negative leads to negative.
So i said a little prayer, breathed a little bit and pressed on. And moments later one of my favorite people in the world appeared and totally flipped my mood around. Amazing.
Complete one 180 in mood. Practically jumped out of my skin. I told him, but i really dont think he fully knows how much he helped by just existing.
People like that-- Im going to make sure they stick around. :)

Decided
And this is what i have to do. for the rest of my life any thing else i do does not matter. I need to create, perform, and elevate people.
